Using the AI Builder

The AI Builder helps you quickly create a complete scorecard by generating concepts, questions, scoring logic, and results pages automatically based on your goals.

Follow the steps below to create your scorecard using the AI Builder

Step 1: Open the AI Builder

There are two ways to access the AI Builder.

Option 1: From the Dashboard

From the left-hand menu, click AI Builder to open the AI Builder directly. If you choose this option skip to Step #3

Option 2: Create a New Scorecard

From your Scorecard Dashboard, click the blue Create Scorecard button in the top right-hand corner. if you choose this path continue to step #2

Step 2: Choose your starting point:

• You will then see three options:
  • Start from scratch
  • Pick a template
  • Use the AI Builder
• Click Use the AI Builder to continue.

Step 3: Describe Your Scorecard

You will now be taken to the AI Builder chat interface where you can describe the type of scorecard you would like to create.

You can either:

• Type your own custom prompt
• Select one of the suggested prompts displayed on screen
• Example prompt suggestions may include:
  • Build me a scorecard for my coaching business
  • Create a personality quiz
  • I need more customers for my course
  • Help me come up with a concept

Step 3: Answer the AI Builder Questions

The AI Builder may ask follow-up questions to better understand:

• Your business
• Your audience
• Your goals
• The type of leads you want to attract or qualify

You can either:

• Type your own response
• Select one of the AI suggested answers
• The AI Builder may also suggest ideas and examples to help guide you through the setup process.

Step 4: Match Your Branding (Optional)

During setup, the AI Builder may ask if you would like to automatically match your branding.

If you provide your website URL, the AI Builder can automatically apply:

• Brand colors
• Fonts
• Logos

• If you prefer, you can skip this step and customize your branding later inside the builder.

Step 5: Choose a Scorecard Concept

Once enough information has been provided, the AI Builder will generate some scorecard concepts for you to choose from.

Each concept includes options such as:

• Continue with this concept
• Tell me more: Selecting Tell me more will provide additional information about the concept to help you make a decision, including:
  • Positioning
  • Messaging
  • Suggested outcomes
  • Example questions

Once you are happy with a concept, click Continue with this concept.

Step 6: Review Questions and Scoring

The AI Builder will automatically generate your scorecard questions and scoring structure.

At this stage you can:

• Edit questions
• Delete questions
• Add additional answer options
• Adjust scoring

The AI conversation will move to the left-hand side of the screen while your generated questions appear on the right-hand side.

• Once you are happy with the setup, click Build this scorecard.

Step 7: Build Your Scorecard

• The AI Builder will now generate your scorecard automatically.
• You will see a “Building your scorecard” message while the process completes. This usually only takes a few seconds.
• Once finished, click Go to builder to open your completed scorecard.

Step 8: Customize Your Scorecard

After your scorecard has been generated, you will be taken into the Scorecard Builder where you can continue customizing your content.

From here you can edit:

• Landing pages
• Questions
• Scoring
• Results pages
• Branding
• Dynamic content

You may also see a short onboarding popup introducing the main areas of the builder and showing where different settings can be customized.
