Zoom Integration Guide

This guide explains how to connect your ScoreApp Scorecard to your Zoom account so that you can automatically sync new leads and data as registrations to events and webinars in Zoom.

Installation

  1. Login to ScoreApp and ensure you've selected the Scorecard you wish to integrate
  2. From the left menu navigate to Integrate
  3. Find and select Zoom in the list of integrations, click configure
  4. Click to authenticate
  5. You will then be directed to authenticate and choose your account in Zoom.
  6. Once you've chosen your account, review the requested scopes.
  7. After clicking connect you'll be returned to ScoreApp where you can further configure your integration

Configuration

Once connected you will be able to either select an existing meeting or webinar in the Event drop down or you can choose to map this field dynamically which allows the meeting ID to come from the quiz data. For example the lead form where you might present a list of times/dates and map the Zoom event ID from there (learn more about this configuration below).

You're then able to select when the trigger adds the lead to your Zoom event. We recommend as soon as the Quiz is started so that you don't miss any registrations that might not complete your quiz.

Note: Zoom meetings must but setup with the registration field set to required in order for them to be displayed in the settings on the ScoreApp platform.

Mapping the Meeting or Webinar Dynamically

As an example lets assume you have a form field on your lead form for Webinar Date with 2 or more options. You can add the Zoom meeting ID as values to these date options by clicking more options on the lead form settings. As per the below screenshot

With your lead form field setup using Zoom IDs as the values you can now go back to the Zoom integration and map this dynamically as per below:

  1. Under Settings -> Event choose Map Dynamically
  2. Under Map Lead Form Fields click Add Field
  3. In the Add Field model first choose either Meeting ID of Webinar ID for the Zoom Field

  4. Then for the ScoreApp field choose Answer Value and select the relevant question. In this example it's Webinar Date

Mapping fields

To map any other fields from ScoreApp to Zoom click Add field. You can then choose your Zoom field followed by your ScoreApp field.

Testing integration

Once you have mapped your fields you can press Test integration. This will take your last lead (or will generate an example lead) and attempt to sync it to your Zoom meeting. You will see either a success message, or a failure message along with any additional error messages to help you resolve the issues.
