ActiveCampaign & Scoreapp Integration

This article assumes you are already logged into your ActiveCampaign account before following the steps. If you are not logged in, the system may prompt you to do so first, which may slightly alter the order of the steps described below.

Important

Before starting the integration, please ensure the following is set up in ActiveCampaign:

  • Having a list ready: This is where your Scorecard leads are added.
  • Create a Custom Field: This field will store each lead's result after completing the Scorecard.

Due to limitations with ActiveCampaign, we cannot directly send leads to different lists based on their results. However, you can create a master list for your leads and then use ActiveCampaign's automation features to route leads to more specific lists based on the Scorecard Result.

  1. Click here for instructions on how to create a list
  2. Click here for instructions on how to create a custom field

Step 1: Authenticate Scoreapp with ActiveCampaign

  • From your Scoreapp home page, navigate to the left-hand menu bar and click Integrate.

  • Then find the ActiveCampaign icon in the list of available apps and click Configure.

  • Click the Connect button to begin the process.

  • Scoreapp will prompt you to authenticate your ActiveCampaign account by entering the API URL and API Key. You can find this information in your ActiveCampaign account under Settings > Account > Developers.
  • Once you've entered the required information, click the Save button.

Step 2: Customize Your Integration

This is where you’ll customize your integration by selecting the list and custom field mentioned in the "Important" section above.

  • In the Settings section, select a list from the drop-down menu labeled Add all leads to this list.

Additional drop-down options are available for exporting other data from ScoreApp. However, at a minimum, you must select one list to receive the leads.

  • Scroll down to the Map Lead Form Fields section. Here, you’ll notice that all fields from your lead form are automatically mapped to the corresponding fields in ActiveCampaign. No action is required unless you wish to adjust these mappings.

  • Navigate to the Map Result Fields section to connect the scorecard result data to a custom field in ActiveCampaign:
    • Click Add Field to open a pop-up window.

If you didn’t create the custom field in ActiveCampaign earlier and instead paused the integration to create it now, Scoreapp won’t show a "refresh" option at this step. To update the integration, exit and re-enter the page so the new field appears.

  • In the pop-up, select the piece of result information from ScoreApp that you’d like to transfer. Then, choose the corresponding custom field in ActiveCampaign where this information will be stored.
    • Click Save to confirm.

  • Finally, click the Test Integration button to ensure everything is set up correctly.
