Customise Question Order

Your Scorecard questions can be delivered in three ways:

1. Delivering Randomly
2. Deliver in Specific Order
3. Deliver in Category Order

Delivering Randomly

By delivering the questions randomly, order effect influence is significantly reduced.

Tip: We suggest delivering questions randomly. This is because your respondent’s answers might be influenced by the order in which the questions are presented (order effect).

Note: You can still view the respondent’s results in Category Order by clicking on Leads > selecting the Lead Name/ Email and scrolling down to Category Scoring. You can also view your Lead’s answers in list view or category view and time it took for them to answer each question.This is all possible even if you selected Deliver Randomly on Scorecard Builder.

Delivering in Specific Order

Questions can be arranged in a specific order by simple dragging and dropping the questions in the order you want it to appear.

Delivering in Category

Once you categorise your questions, you can edit the order of categories they get asked / delivered. 

Go to Scorecard Builder > Questions > Categories

This can be done by selecting Deliver in Category order and then simply drag and drop the categories in the order you want them to be delivered.
