GoHighLevel & Scoreapp Integration
This article assumes you are already logged into your GHL (Go High Level) account before following the steps. If you are not logged in, the system may prompt you to do so first, which may slightly alter the order of the steps described below.
Important
Before starting the integration, please ensure to create a Custom Field in GHL, this field will store each lead's result after completing the Scorecard
Information

Step 1: Authenticate Scoreapp with GHL
From your Scoreapp home page, navigate to the left-hand menu bar and click Integrate.
Then find the GHL icon in the list of available apps and click Configure.
Press the Click to Authenticate button to begin the process.
You will see a pop-up prompting you to select the GHL account you want to integrate. Once selected, the system will load and redirect you back to the ScoreApp page to continue the integration. You should then see a Connected status with a green checkmark.
Step 2: Customize Your Integration
In the Settings section, you'll be presented with options for labeling your contacts in GHL.
Start and Finish Tags (optional): Use these tags to categorize your scorecard takers based on their progress. Once they complete the scorecard, you could tag them as "Prospects" or "Leads."
- Scroll down to the Map Lead Form Fields section. Here, you’ll notice that all fields from your lead form are automatically mapped to the corresponding fields in GHL. No action is required unless you wish to adjust these mappings.
- Navigate to the Map Result Fields section to connect the scorecard result data to a custom field in GHL: Click Add Field to open a pop-up window.
If you didn’t create the custom field in GHL earlier and instead paused the integration to create it now, Scoreapp won’t show a "refresh" option at this step. To update the integration, exit and re-enter the page so the new field appears.
- In the pop-up, select the piece of result information from ScoreApp that you’d like to transfer. Then, choose the corresponding custom field in GHL where this information will be stored.
- Click Save to confirm.
- Finally, click the Test Integration button to ensure everything is set up correctly.
