How to change and use the Scorecard name in ScoreApp
The scorecard name serves two purposes: it identifies your scorecard within your ScoreApp account and can also be used as a merge field across various components such as the landing page, results page, PDF, and result emails.
To edit the scorecard name:
- Go to the Scorecard you want to edit from your ScoreApp account
- Select 'General' under the 'Settings' section on the left nav
- Enter or update the Scorecard name
- Click save at the bottom of the page
Adding the Scorecard Name as a Merge Field
To include the scorecard name as a merge field, use the editing toolbar in the desired section:
- Navigate to the specific section you are editing (e.g., landing page, results page, PDF builder, or email body content).
- Locate and select the merge field icon in the editing toolbar. This icon is available in all relevant editors.
This process ensures the scorecard name appears dynamically in your content wherever the merge field is used.
Equally if you'd prefer to keep your Scorecard name for internal use only you can remove all Scorecard Name merge fields from your Scorecard landing pages etc and replace with the external reference you'd prefer to use.
