Understanding and Enabling Data Enrichment in ScoreApp

Data Enrichment is a feature in ScoreApp that enhances lead information by matching responses with an external database. This provides additional data about your leads, improving your insights and follow-up strategies.

Enabling Data Enrichment

1. Navigate to Account > Billing.
2. Select Enable Data Enrichment.

Viewing Enriched Data

Once Data Enrichment is enabled:

1. Click on the Leads icon in the blue left-hand toolbar.
2. Select a lead to view their responses.
3. At the bottom left of the lead details page, you’ll see an additional data box containing the enriched data.

This enriched data provides supplementary insights, helping you understand your leads better and tailor your interactions.
