Keap & ScoreApp Integration
Important
Before starting the integration, please ensure to create a Custom Field in Keap, this field will store each lead's result after completing the Scorecard.
Information:
- Click here for instructions on How to Create a Custom Field.
- When creating a custom field make sure you select "text" type.
Step 1: Authenticate ScoreApp with Keap
From your Scoreapp home page, navigate to the left-hand menu bar and click Integrate.
Then find the Keap icon in the list of available apps and click Configure.
Click the Connect button to begin the process.
You will be prompted to log into Keap.
After entering your login credentials, you will be prompted to select one of your Keep accounts and click Allow to grant API access to ScoreApp.
Once you’ve clicked Allow, you will be redirected back to the integration page within ScoreApp.
Step 2: Customize Your Integration
If you didn’t create tags and custom fields in Keap earlier and instead paused the integration to create them now, Scoreapp won’t show a "refresh" option at this step. To update the integration, exit and re-enter the page so the new field appears.
In the Settings section, you will be prompted to merge specific Keap tags with different outcomes of your scorecard. This step is optional and only necessary if the actions described in this section are relevant to the automations you have set up in Keap.
Scroll down to the Map Lead Form Fields section. Here, you’ll notice that all fields from your lead form are automatically mapped to the corresponding fields in Keap. No action is required unless you wish to adjust these mappings.
- Navigate to the Map Result Fields section to connect the scorecard result data to a custom field in Keap.
- Click Add Field to open a pop-up window.
- In the pop-up, select the piece of result information from ScoreApp that you’d like to transfer. Then, choose the corresponding custom field in Keap where this information will be stored.
- Click Save to confirm.
Finally, click the Test Integration button to ensure everything is set up correctly.
Here is an example of how your Leads will appear in Keap after being transferred from ScoreApp.
