Slack & ScoreApp Integration

Step 1: Authenticate ScoreApp with Slack

From your Scoreapp home page, navigate to the left-hand menu bar and click Integrate.

Then find the Slack icon in the list of available apps and click Configure.

Click the Click to Authenticate option to begin the process.

You will be taken to a new screen and asked to grant access. Click Allow.

Once access is granted, the system will refresh and redirect you to the Scoreapp integration page to continue with the process.

Step 2: Customize Your Integration

In the Settings section, locate the "Quiz Finished" field. Click the drop-down menu and select "Send." This ensures that once someone completes the scorecard, their results are sent to Slack.

Additionally, set up an event to notify specific groups or individuals via Slack. For example:

• You can send a direct message, group message, or channel message.
• If the event is set as "direct message" use the next field to select the recipient from a drop-down menu that lists all the contacts in your Slack workspace.
• Set up the fields that make the most sense based on the information you want to track and share.

• Don't forget to click Save.

  

In the Map Lead Form Fields section, click the Add Field button to begin mapping your data.

• A pop-up will appear where you can type the name of the field you wish to create. For example, "Email".
• In the next field, select the corresponding data from ScoreApp that matches. Such as Email, from the second drop-down menu.
• Once selected, click Save.

You can repeat this process for other pieces of contact information, such as Name, Phone Number, or any additional details collected in your scorecard. This ensures all relevant data is properly mapped and stored in Slack.

The next section is the Map Results Field. Here, you can capture the data related to each lead's scorecard results. To do this, repeat the same process as described above

• Click Add Field.
• Type the name of the custom field you wish to create (e.g., "Scorecard Result").
• Select the corresponding data from ScoreApp in the second drop-down menu.
• When you're done, click Save to finalize the mapping.

Lastly, click the Test Integration button to ensure everything is set up correctly.
