Removing the Score Display from the Lead Form

If you’d like to prevent leads from seeing their scores before completing the lead form, you can remove the score display from the Form. This ensures that users must submit their details before accessing their results.

Important:

This article applies only if your lead form appears after the questions. If your lead form is positioned before the questions, the score will not be visible until the user completes the form and visits the results page.

Steps to Remove the Score from the Lead Form Section:

Log in to your ScoreApp account and go to the Scorecard you’d like to edit.
From the Scorecard Builder, click “Results Pages” in the left-hand menu.

Once inside the Results Page editor, click “Lead Form” from the left-hand side.

You’ll see the Lead Form editor.
Look for the score text and remove anything that references the score

Click Save at the top-right corner to confirm your changes.
