ScoreApp - Zapier - InfluencerSoft Integration

With Zapier, you can easily connect ScoreApp to InfluencerSoft and automate the process of sending your leads from ScoreApp into your InfluencerSoft account. This allows you to trigger automations, start email campaigns, and segment contacts without manual exports.

Important

Before setting up the integration, ensure your Scorecard is published and that you've submitted at least one test lead. This lead will be used as sample data during the Zapier setup process to help connect ScoreApp with InfluencerSoft properly.

Step 1: Set Up Your Scorecard

From your Scoreapp home page, navigate to the left-hand menu bar and click Integrate.

Then find the Zapier icon in the list of available apps and click Configure.

Press the "Go to Zapier" button to begin the process.

You will be redirected to another browser tab.

Step 2: Set Up Your Zap

Once in Zapier, scroll down to the search box. Here, you'll be prompted to enter the name of the platform you wish to integrate with Scoreapp. In this case, InfluencerSoft.

Then click "Connect these apps"

This will take you to the Zapier canvas, which displays a two-step Zap.
- 1: This step defines the source of the data. In this case, it's Scoreapp.
- 2: This step defines the destination of the data. InfluencerSoft in this case.

Step 3: Set up the source of the data (ScoreApp)

From the right-hand menu, select
- App: Scoreapp
- Trigger event: Quiz Finished

Account: Your ScoreApp account. If you have sub-accounts, ensure you select the correct one to view the correct list of funnels.

Click Continue

In the Configure section, select the scorecard you want to pull data from.
Click Continue

Click Test Trigger to pull sample data from ScoreApp

Zapier will display a test record labeled 'Lead A.' Select it and click 'Continue with Selected Record.

Step 2: Set up the destination of the data (InfluencerSoft)

Select "Add/Update Subscriber" as the Action Event. This ensures that all contacts, both existing and new, are updated.

Next, you will be prompted to provide any necessary credentials to allow Zapier to connect to your InfluencerSoft account.

The pop-up will include instructions on how to find your API key and username

Enter your API key and username, then click "Yes, continue to InfluencerSoft."
Once you're back in Zapier:
Select your list from the drop-down menu.
Then select your tag from the drop-down menu.

Please note: You'll see sample data coming from ScoreApp. You can choose the highest score, total score, or any other piece of data that makes sense to you and use it as a tag. There’s no need to create a separate Zap for each tag you want to bring over.

The sample data is dynamic, meaning that once leads start coming in, Zapier will automatically update the tag value based on each person’s result.

Next, find the email field and apply the same process—click the drop-down menu and select the email value provided by ScoreApp.
Make sure to also fill in any other relevant fields, such as first name, last name, etc.
Once you're done, click Continue.
Finally, click "Test step." You should see a message like:

"A lead was just sent to InfluencerSoft X minutes ago."

This means the connection was successful!

Click "Publish" and don’t forget to name your Zap so you can easily find it in the future.
