Removing the Lead Form from Your Scorecard

If you don’t want to show a lead form at all in your scorecard, you can configure the settings to skip it entirely. Here's how:

Step 1: Move the Lead Form to After Questions

• Click Settings
• Click Lead Form
• Under Form Behavior, select After Questions
• Then click Save

This prevents the form from appearing before users take the quiz.

Step 2: Disable the Lead Form on the Results Page

• Click Results Pages.
• Click on the desired Results Page.

Click Lead Form Popup

From the lead form menu, locate "Display Options"

Toggle off the following options:

• Sign Up Required
• Prompt On Page Load

Once this is done, your scorecard will no longer show a lead form at any point, users can go straight from answering questions to viewing their results.
