Editing the Donut Chart Color on the Results Page

If your donut chart appears in a single static color, you may have Custom Score Text Color enabled. Follow the steps below to allow ScoreApp to automatically change the donut chart color based on the user’s score.

Steps to change the donut chart color:

• Go to your Dashboard and select the relevant Scorecard.
• Click Build in the top navigation.
• Select the Results Page tab.
• Click to open the actual results page you want to edit.

• Find the section that contains the donut chart and click on it.
• A settings menu will appear
• Scroll down to the Display Options section.
• Toggle off the setting called Custom Score Text Color.
• Click Save

Once this is disabled, the donut chart will change color based on the score:

Red for low scores

Yellow for medium scores

Green for high scores
