Understanding Your Insights
To access your insights, click Insights on the blue left-hand toolbar. You’ll see the following options:
- Overview
- Answers (available on Business, Pro, and Pro Legacy plans)
- Question performance (available on Business, Pro, and Pro Legacy plans)
- Scores (available on Business, Pro, and Pro Legacy plans)
- Landing pages (available on Business, Pro, and Pro Legacy plans)
Overview
This page gives you a high-level snapshot of how people are interacting with your scorecard.
Key Metrics:
- Visitors: Everyone who has landed on your landing page.
Started: The number of visitors who began the quiz
Finished: The number who completed the quiz
Conversion Rate: The percentage of visitors who go on to start the quiz

Answers
Available on Business, Pro, and Pro Legacy plans.
This section provides donut charts that show the aggregate responses to each quiz question.
- Each donut visualizes how many respondents chose each option.
- Data is based only on users who completed the quiz.
- Click on a chart to enlarge it for easier viewing or screenshotting.
Question Performance
Available on Business, Pro, and Pro Legacy plans.
This section breaks down the performance of each individual question.
- See how each question is engaging users.
- Useful for identifying which questions may be causing drop-off or confusion.
Scores
Available on Business, Pro, and Pro Legacy plans.
This area reveals how your leads score overall.
- A bar chart shows the percentage of leads falling into each scoring tier.
- Hover over a bar to see the exact percentage.
- The number at the end of each bar represents the average score across all quiz completions.
Landing Pages
Available on Business, Pro, and Pro Legacy plans.
This section helps you understand how your landing page is performing.
Key Metrics:
- Visits: Total views of the landing page.
- Unique Visits: Views from unique visitors (duplicates removed).
- Start Rate: The percentage of visitors who started the quiz.
- Completion Rate: The percentage of visitors who completed the quiz.
- Sign-Up Rate: The percentage of visitors who submitted the lead form.
Important Notes:
- These metrics are not impacted by where the lead form is placed — but interpretation varies:
- Lead form on the landing page → Higher Sign-Up Rate, lower Start/Completion Rates.
- Lead form on the results page → Higher Start/Completion Rates, lower Sign-Up Rate.
