Changing Question Font Style

Some ScoreApp templates are designed with questions displayed in all uppercase letters (e.g., “WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS FOR THIS YEAR?”). If you'd like to change this styling so your questions appear in sentence case or original formatting, you can adjust this from the theme settings.

Before we begin

Changing the casing will affect every instance of that heading style in your scorecard, not just the questions. That includes your landing page, results page, and any other areas that use the same text style.

Here’s how to do it:

  • Go to your Scorecard.
  • Click on the Questions tab.

  • In the left-hand menu, click Themes.

  • Select the theme you're using and click Edit Theme.
  • Scroll to the Typography section.

  • Find and edit the text style for Heading 3 (this is the style used for questions).

  • Click the Font Size icon (this icon also controls text casing).
  • You’ll see three options for text transformation:
    • Original case (keeps the text as you wrote it)
    • Uppercase
    • Lowercase

  • Select Original case if you want your questions to appear exactly how you typed them (e.g., “What are your goals for this year?”).
  • Click Apply
  • Click Save to apply the changes.

Important

If you want only the questions to display in sentence case but keep other areas (like headings on your landing or results pages) in all caps, we can help with that!

Just message our support team and ask for help adjusting the question text case using CSS. Our team can add a small bit of code for you.
