Pipedrive & ScoreApp Integration
This article assumes you are already logged into your Pipedrive account before following the steps. If you are not logged in, the system may prompt you to do so first, which may slightly alter the order of the steps described below.
Important
Before starting the integration, please ensure that any custom fields created in Pipedrive are set to “text” type. This is required for ScoreApp to successfully map data into those fields.

Step 1: Authenticate ScoreApp with Pipedrive
From your ScoreApp home page, navigate to the left-hand menu bar and click Integrate.
Then find the Pipedrive icon in the list of available apps and click Configure.
Press the Click to Authenticate button to begin the process.
You will see a pop-up prompting you to allow the connection. Click Allow and Install.
The system will then redirect you back to the ScoreApp page to continue the integration. You should see a Connected status with a green checkmark.
Step 2: Map Lead Form Fields
- By default, the basic fields from your ScoreApp lead form will automatically map to the default lead fields in Pipedrive.
- If you have additional custom fields you’d like to connect, click Add Field.
- In the pop-up, choose the ScoreApp field you want to send and select the corresponding custom field in Pipedrive.
Note: Custom fields in Pipedrive must always be “text” fields for the integration to work properly.
Step 3: Map Result Fields
Navigate to the Map Result Fields section and click Add Field
This is where you can connect information from the scorecard results that isn’t collected in the lead form, for example:
- The total score
- The result tier
- The result page URL
- Specific category scores
- Answers to certain questions
Click Add Field to open a pop-up window.
- In this example, we created a custom field in Pipedrive called Quiz Results. We then mapped the lowest category score from ScoreApp to that field. However, you can map any result information that is most relevant to your workflow.
- Click Save once you’ve completed your mappings.
Step 4: Test the Integration
- Click the Test Integration button. This will take your last lead (or generate an example lead) and attempt to sync it into Pipedrive.
- If successful, you will see a confirmation message. You can also submit a test lead through your Scorecard and check the contact in Pipedrive to confirm that the mapped data appears correctly.
