Using End Logic to Redirect Users to Different Result Pages
End Logic in ScoreApp allows you to redirect users to different results pages or external links based on their quiz outcomes. This gives you the flexibility to create highly tailored experiences depending on a user’s score, categories, or audience segment.
What You Can Redirect By
With End Logic, you can send users to different pages based on:
- Score Tiers (e.g., Low, Medium, High total score)
- Outcomes (highest or lowest scoring category)
- Audiences (if available on your plan)
If no End Logic is applied, users will always be sent to the default results page.
How to Set Up End Logic
- Go to the Questions section in your scorecard.
- Select End Logic from the menu.
- By default, all users will go to your default results page.
- Click Configure Logic to customise redirections.
You’ll then see a modal window where you can choose your logic type:
1. Score Tier Redirects
Select Overall Score Tier.
All score tiers will default to your default results page.
Assign a specific score tier to:
- A different results page, or
- An external link
2. Outcome Redirects
- Choose Highest Category or Lowest Category.
- Assign a results page for each category.
- You can also create new results pages directly from this window.
3. Audience Redirects
If your plan supports Audiences, you’ll see this option.
Map audiences to different results pages.
Drag and drop audiences to set priority order:
- If a user falls into multiple audiences, the top-listed audience takes priority.
Things to Note
- New results pages created here will be automatically published (previously they defaulted to draft).
- If no default page exists, the first published page becomes the default.
- End Logic only applies if Jump Logic has not already redirected the user.
- The View Results button in the Leads Overview now reapplies your End Logic, ensuring users always see the correct page.
- If you merge result page links into emails or CRM workflows, the correct page (based on End Logic) will be shown.
Default Page Links
If you want to send users directly to your default results page (without End Logic reapplying), you can now set a custom slug for that page.
- Example:
https://yourdomain.scoreapp.com/results/default-slug
- This ensures the link always points to your default page rather than reapplying End Logic.
