Resolving 404 Errors for PDF Reports
If you see a 404 error when trying to open a PDF report, this usually means the report is either not published or not set as the default.
Step 1: Go to PDF Reports
From the left-hand menu in your ScoreApp dashboard, click PDF Report.

Step 2: Check the Status
Locate the PDF you want to use and look for the tag next to it:
- If it says Published (green tag), the PDF is already active, and you just need to make sure it’s set as the default.
- If it says Draft, the PDF has not been published yet. You’ll need to publish it first and then set it as the default.

Step 3: Publish or Set as Default
- If the status is Published: Click the three dots on the far right-hand side, select Make default. Click the three dots again and select Make default.

- If the status is Draft: Click the three dots on the far right-hand side, select Publish, then click the three dots again and select Make default.

Once the PDF has been set as the Default, the 404 error should be resolved.
