Overview Page Explained

Your ScoreApp dashboard has been designed to give you a snapshot of your stats, leads and data all in one place.



This section will introduce the basics of the dashboard. The more you understand what it offers, the better equipped you will be for success in your sales / performance.

Getting to know your Overview Page

The Scorecard Overview page provides the following information;

  • Total Leads
  • Daily Leads
  • Number of Visitors
  • Conversion Rate
  • Score Tiers 
  • Average Completion & drop off time

Total Leads

Total Lead section shows a snapshot of how many have Started and how many leads have Finished.

Daily Leads 

This a convenient view of your daily performance. By default, the daily view is selected.

You can easily toggle to the calendar view on the upper right hand side drop down and select among the options available to you. You can select Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last Month, and This Month.

Number of Visitors

This shows the number of visitors on your landing page.

If you have multiple landing pages, we also track the number of people that come across all landing pages and can be based on the date range selected.

Conversion Rate

The conversion rate is a percentage based on the number of visitors against the number of respondents who press start to take the scorecard.

Score Tiers

Displays the score tiers results of the respondents on the date range selected.

Average Completion

This is where you can find data on the Average Completion time as well as the Average Drop Off Time.

Note: Average Drop Off Time shows how long it took before the lead dropped off, and the number of questions answered (if any.)
