Creating Categories & Questions

Categories

Categories are the key ingredients for achieving a result. For Example; if you were a Fitness Trainer, someone might want to work with you because they have a goal of getting fit. Your Scorecard headline might be ‘Discover Your Fitness Score’ but the key ingredients or the categories that will help you to uncover that might be Exercise, Nutrition and Sleep.

Questions

Questions sit underneath each category and each answer helps to formulate the final score. You have control over the weight and importance of how each answer affects the total score. Each category will have it’s own score and that will also contribute to their overall score on the final results page.

Best Practices

  • Questions should be simple to answer without checking
  • Short and concise
  • Answered with a simple yes/no or clear choice.
  • Relates to a simple fact (Did you go to the gym in the last week?)
  • Do not lead the witness
  • Be careful with questions, which are pushing for a sale (Would you be interested in hiring a coach?)
  • Try not to ask questions where they have to go away and find the answer.
