Dynamic Mode Explained

Dynamic Content allows you to tailor the feedback & advice that you give to your scorecard users and offer targeted calls to action based on how they scored.



To enable Dynamic Mode you must first log-in to the back office;

  1. Click on the Score Builder (Pencil and ruler icon)
  2. Select ‘Results’

Highlight - You can edit Dynamic mode for the Scorecard Results page and for those that are on our Advanced and Pro packages you can also enable Dynamic Mode for your PDF Report. To find out more about the PDF Report CLICK HERE

Enable Dynamic Mode

  1. Select the ‘Results Page’ that you want to edit
  2. Click on the ‘Section’ that you would like to edit
  3. On the left hand navigation bar under ‘Content’ there is a button to ‘Enable Dynamic Content’, Click to select

How to edit Dynamic Content

Once the Dynamic Content feature has been enabled you can now start to edit your low, medium or high tiers or edit any custom tiers that you have created. 

> Remember to edit each tier by selecting ‘Edit’. You will need to customise each Content Tier under Dynamic Mode individually and press ‘Save’ each time. 

Highlight - If you ‘ Disable Dynamic Content’ it will DELETE all of your custom text and graphics for that section.

Example of General Results Vs Dynamic Results 

General Results will have generic copy for each participant

Dynamic Results customised depending on your overall score;

  • Low 

  • Medium 

  • High 

You can add dynamic mode to each section of your Results page.
