How to add Videos

You can add videos to your Scorecard to educate, market and deliver a CTA. We have added this feature on the landing page, results page and pdf.

To add a video you must first log-in to the back office;

Click on the Score Builder (Pencil & ruler icon)
Select ‘Landing Page’ or ‘Results’ depending on where you would like to add a video.

To add your video

Click on the landing page or results page that you would like to add the video to.
Under ‘Sections’ select ‘Add a section’
Select ‘Videos’
Choose from a video template and select ‘Add section’
Copy the Embed code and paste it into the ‘Video’ box and then press ‘Save’.

Once added you then have the opportunity to customise that section. Each section has different customisation options based on the template.

Dynamic Mode - to customise your feedback

Use dynamic mode to really tailor the feedback or CTA that you want to give to each person based on their score tier. If you enable Dynamic content then you can create a video for each low, medium or high tier.

To enable Dynamic Content

Under 'video', toggle cross 'Enable Dynamic content'

> You will then see a pop-up box asking if you're sure if you want to enable. Please note that turning Dynamic mode on or off will DELETE all of the existing content in that section so please be sure or make a copy.

When you are ready select 'Enable'

How to edit

Once you have enabled Dynamic content you can start to customise the content for each tier by editing low, medium or high by selecting each one.

> Note that you will have to select and customise each tier including copy & links.

Dynamic Content based on category

You can choose to deliver targeted content based on each category and you can select this my going to Video > Content > Toggle Dynamic Mode and use the drop down box under 'Dynamic Content Is Based On' and select category.

Add a video to a PDF Report

Click on the Scorecard you would like to edit
Select ‘Scorecard Builder’ (Pencil & ruler icon)
Click on ‘Results’
Click on ‘PDF Reports’

Add video

Select the PDF Report that you want to edit.
Select ‘Add a page’
Click ‘Call to actions’

There is a template on this page where you can add a video.

4. Hover over the box and select ‘Add page’. This then opens the video template section and you can customise the page to your specification.

5. Simply copy & paste the embedded code into the ‘Image Link’ box and press ‘Save’
