Leads Tab Explained

The leads tab is where you will find data and profile information for those that have completed your scorecard. This data can be used to follow-up and close a sale, add to specific nurture campaigns or leverage the data for marketing. 



To access your ‘Leads Tab’ you must first log-in to the back office;

  1. Select the Scorecard where you would like to see your leads
  2. Using the navigation bar on the left hand side, find the people silhouette icon and select


Leads tab Overview page

The clock with the arrow will tell you how many times this person, with this email address has taken the Scorecard 

Score

This is their total score. The smiley face will tell you that the person has completed the scorecard.

Search 

Here you can search your leads

Filter 

Here you can search by the date, status, questions and source. 

Export Leads

There is an option to manually export your leads into a CSV file. Simply click on ‘Export’ in the top right corner and it will download straight away.

There is a huge amount of data including questions history and contact information. 

Individual Lead Data

To drill down into the data of each lead that comes in for your scorecard, start by clicking on their name from the ‘Leads Tab’. 

Once you have made your selection you will then be taken to their overview page. 

You will find a list of the following ‘Overview’ information;

  • Name
  • Email
  • Data & time they took the Scorecard
  • Contact details 
  • Location
  • Total Score
  • Category Scores

For further options using the tool bar along the top;

  • Answers - break down each participant's individual answers and this is particularly helpful when identifying areas of opportunity for a sales call or a retargeting campaign.
  • Activity - will show you their journey throughout the scorecard
  • Source - will tell you where that particular lead has come from which is helpful when testing multiple landing pages.

You can also choose to do the following;

  • Anonymise - This will remove the name and email address from the lead. Also any previously sent links to result pages etc will no longer work.
  • Delete - Delete the person and all of their data
  • View Result - view the results page or pdf that the participant received.
