Setting up the Abandon Email
If someone starts your scorecard (with the sign up form at the beginning), but does not finish, they will be sent an email after about an hour of no activity inviting them to start where they left off. The abandon email feature is available on the Business and Pro Package.
To customise your abandon email
- Select Settings
- Select Notifications
Abandon Email Settings:
Ensure the enable toggle is switched to the on position.
From Address
You can choose to have the default ScoreApp address or to choose a custom email address.
Custom From and reply address
Add the email address that you would like your Scorecard to send from.
Formatting the notification email:
Subject Line
You can use Merge fields: {first_name} {last_name} in your subject line for a personalised approach.
Body of the text
Write an email that encourages your leads to come back and finish your Scorecard and links them right where they left off.
Always remember to click 'SAVE'
You can also choose to map the abandon email URL across to your CRM platform.
