Adding Retargeting Tags to your Scorecard

When it comes to adding retargeting tags to your Scorecard you have a couple of options depending on your setup.

It should be noted that Scorecards behave essentially the same as normal websites with landing pages, the questions area and results loading like individual landing pages on a website.

You can add your retargeting script to your entire Scorecard or to individual pages.

To add your retargeting script to your entire Scorecard:

Go to Build -> Settings -> Tracking

Within the tracking page you have the option to add the tags to the head section or the body section. Usually where you have been provided the retargeting script, you will have some direction as to whether to use the head or body section. If in doubt, add to the body section.

If you already have scripts in either of these sections, simply append your retargeting script to the end of the existing scripts and both should load together.

Adding your script here will mean the retargeting tags are loaded on every page load for your landing pages, questions area, and result pages.

To add your retargeting script to a specific page:

If you'd prefer that your retargeting tag only loads on a specific page for example only the questions page this is possible by visiting the individual page and adding the script to the scripts section of that individual page.

Landing pages and result pages

1. Find the required page within the builder
2. Click to edit,
3. Click on Page Settings
4. Then click on Script

You should then be able to copy and paste your retargeting scripts into either the head or body script fields. Usually where you have been provided the retargeting script, you will have some direction as to whether to use the head or body section. If in doubt, add to the body section.

Click apply then save.

Now when somebody navigates to that specific landing page or result page the retargeting tag will be loaded.

Questions page

The questions page works in the same way as landing pages and result pages as described above. To access the script fields for the questions page:

1. Navigate to Build > Questions > Design
2. Click on Page Settings
3. Then click on Script

Please note the questions page will load only once per response as questions are then dynamically loaded into that one page.
