Suspend Your ScoreApp Account
If you need to pause your account, you can do so directly from your account settings. Follow the steps below to temporarily stop payments while keeping your data intact.
- Log in to Your Account
- Access Account Settings from "My Profile"
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Billing
- Navigate to "Current plan"
- Locate the Cancel Plan button
Click on it. Instead of canceling, you will be presented with an option to Pause Your Account.
Important Notes
- You can pause your account for up to three months.
- Your account will automatically resume billing after the pause period unless you cancel your subscription beforehand.
- Pausing your account retains all your data and settings, allowing you to resume seamlessly when you're ready.
