Adding an Info Screen to Group Questions in ScoreApp

You can use an Info Screen to group questions into sections within your Scorecard. This feature helps guide your respondents by adding context between question blocks—for example, introducing a new topic or giving them a quick heads-up before they continue.

Example Use Case

Let’s say your Scorecard is divided into two main sections:

Section 1: Business Basics – Questions 1 to 4

Section 2: Marketing Strategy – Questions 5 to 9

You can add an Info Screen right before Question 5 to let your leads know they’re about to enter a new section.

How to Add an Info Screen

  • Log in to your ScoreApp account.
  • Go to Scorecards and click on the one you'd like to edit.
  • Click on the Build tab.
  • Navigate to the Questions section.
  • Click Add Question.

From the list of question types, select Info Screen.

  • Add a title and supporting text to describe the next section (e.g., “You're now entering the Marketing Strategy section”).
  • To move a section, click and hold the drag handle (represented by the dotted icon) on the far right side of the section, then drag the section to your desired position.

Click Save to insert the info screen into your question flow.

Pro Tips

You can add as many Info Screens as needed to organize your Scorecard into clear, digestible sections.

Info Screens do not affect scoring—they're purely for information and navigation.
