Integration Field Mappings

Once you have connected your Scorecard to a third party tool via the ScoreApp integrations section, you will be able to map ScoreApp fields to your integrated tools fields. For example if you have created a phone number field on your lead form, you'll likely want to map that to the phone number field in your CRM. Almost all of the ScoreApp integrations share the same available field and formatting settings detailed in this article. Lead Form Fields

The data that you map in this section will be pushed into your chosen platform within a few minutes of a person filling in your lead form whether the lead form is set to before or after the quiz questions. For more information on how this works and how to set it up please see the integrations article

Field Description Additional Settings
First Name The first name submitted by a lead via your lead form None
Last Name The last name submitted by a lead via your lead form None
Full Name For convenience for some integrations, the First Name and Last Name from the lead form joined together None
Email The email address submitted by a lead via your lead form None
Answer The answer to any additional field you may have added to your lead form Once selected an additional option will appear allowing you to choose from any of the additional fields added to your lead form. If only one option is available it will be preselected. Click save to confirm
All Lead Form Answers A formatted list of First Name, Last Name, Email and any custom fields added to your lead form None
Opt In The opt in status submitted by a lead via your lead form

Value Type: String or Date

- If set to String you're able to type specifically what word is used when the user opt in is true and when it's false. Generally this would also be the words True / False however Yes / No or On / Off are also sometimes required by platforms.

- If set to Date, the date at the point of lead form submission will be passed to your integrated platform

Tracking The UTM parameter values. If a lead followed a link to your Scorecard which included UTM parameters, these will be stored against the lead and can be passed to your integrated platform here Field Options: Use this field to select the specific UTM parameter to map
Key The unique key assigned to a lead once they submit the lead form. This key will remain fixed for this lead and also makes up part of the result page URL or PDF url None
Abandon Email Url A unique URL that can be sent to a lead if they have started but not finished your Scorecard. When a user follows this URL they will be taken directly to the question where they previously abandoned None
Landing Page Name The name of the landing page upon which the lead submitted the lead form. None
IP Address The IP address of the lead at the point they submitted the lead form. None
IP Address Country The country of the lead as deduced from the IP address that was in use at the point of submitting the lead form. Can be inaccurate due to VPN's and out of date IP location databases. None
Started At The date and time at which a lead started your Scorecard. If your lead form is set before your quiz questions this will be the time they submitted your lead form. If the lead form is set after your quiz questions this will be the time they answered the first quiz question None
Static Value Allows you to send a static value to your integrated platform, linked to the lead when they submit your lead form. This will be the same for all leads. An example might be the Scorecard name so you can identify which Scorecard the lead came from. Field Options: This should be set to the static value you'd like sent.

Result Fields

The data that you map in this section will typically be pushed into your chosen platform as an update within a few minutes of a person finishing your Scorecard and receiving their results and after the Lead form data has been pushed. Category Score The score received by a lead for a specific category when they complete your Scorecard

Field Options: Select the specific category you want to map

Format:

- Percent: The calculated score as a percentage based on your scoring logic

- Actual Score: The sum of 'points' based on your scoring logic

- Denominator of 10: Essentially the percentage divided by 10

Precision:

- Used to control the number of decimal places of the score number sent to your integrated platform

Category Score Tier The name of the score tier received by a lead for a particular category when they complete your Scorecard. e.g. High / Medium / Low Field Options: Select the specific category you want to map
Lowest Category The name of the lowest scoring category received by a lead when they complete your Scorecard None
Lowest Category Score The score of the lowest scoring category received by a lead when they complete your Scorecard

Format:

- Percent: The calculated score as a percentage based on your scoring logic

- Actual Score: The sum of 'points' based on your scoring logic

Highest Category The name of the highest scoring category received by a lead when they complete your Scorecard. None
Highest Category Score The score of the highest scoring category received by a lead when they complete your Scorecard

Total Score Tier The score tier name received by a lead for their overall score when they complete your Scorecard. e.g. High / Medium / Low None

Answer Value The value linked to the answer provided to a specific question by a lead when completing your Scorecard. The value linked to an answer can be set within the question builder Field Options: Select the specific question you want to map the answer value to
Answer Score The score link to the answer provided to a specific question by a lead when completing your Scorecard. If the answer is has multiple scoring categories, this score will be the sum of those scores Field Options: Select the specific question you want to map the answer score to
All Lead Form Answers A formatted list of First Name, Last Name, Email and any custom fields added to your lead form None
All Scorecard Answers A formatted list of all quiz questions and the answers provided by a lead when completing your Scorecard None
