Integration Field Mappings
Once you have connected your Scorecard to a third party tool via the ScoreApp integrations section, you will be able to map ScoreApp fields to your integrated tools fields. For example if you have created a phone number field on your lead form, you'll likely want to map that to the phone number field in your CRM. Almost all of the ScoreApp integrations share the same available field and formatting settings detailed in this article. Lead Form Fields
The data that you map in this section will be pushed into your chosen platform within a few minutes of a person filling in your lead form whether the lead form is set to before or after the quiz questions. For more information on how this works and how to set it up please see the integrations article

Opt In | The opt in status submitted by a lead via your lead form | Value Type: String or Date - If set to String you're able to type specifically what word is used when the user opt in is true and when it's false. Generally this would also be the words True / False however Yes / No or On / Off are also sometimes required by platforms. - If set to Date, the date at the point of lead form submission will be passed to your integrated platform |
Tracking | The UTM parameter values. If a lead followed a link to your Scorecard which included UTM parameters, these will be stored against the lead and can be passed to your integrated platform here | Field Options: Use this field to select the specific UTM parameter to map |
Key | The unique key assigned to a lead once they submit the lead form. This key will remain fixed for this lead and also makes up part of the result page URL or PDF url | None |
Abandon Email Url | A unique URL that can be sent to a lead if they have started but not finished your Scorecard. When a user follows this URL they will be taken directly to the question where they previously abandoned | None |
Landing Page Name | The name of the landing page upon which the lead submitted the lead form. | None |
IP Address | The IP address of the lead at the point they submitted the lead form. | None |
IP Address Country | The country of the lead as deduced from the IP address that was in use at the point of submitting the lead form. Can be inaccurate due to VPN's and out of date IP location databases. | None |
Started At | The date and time at which a lead started your Scorecard. If your lead form is set before your quiz questions this will be the time they submitted your lead form. If the lead form is set after your quiz questions this will be the time they answered the first quiz question | None |
Static Value | Allows you to send a static value to your integrated platform, linked to the lead when they submit your lead form. This will be the same for all leads. An example might be the Scorecard name so you can identify which Scorecard the lead came from. | Field Options: This should be set to the static value you'd like sent. |
Result Fields
The data that you map in this section will typically be pushed into your chosen platform as an update within a few minutes of a person finishing your Scorecard and receiving their results and after the Lead form data has been pushed.
