Integrations

You can integrate Scoreapp with a multitude of platforms and CRM systems.

To do this you must first log-in to your back office

Select Scorecard builder (Pencil & ruler icon)
Click Settings
Select Integrations

Directly through ScoreApp you can integrate with;

ActiveCampaign
Hubspot
Infusionsoft
Insightly
Mailchimp
Ontraport
Zoho
Customer.io

Connecting

Simply select the platform you would like to integrate using the drop down box, copy & paste the API KEY and save.

The API key will be found under your account or settings through the third party platform that you are looking to connect.

Some integrations require a click to authenticate (Infusionsoft & Zoho)

Active Campaign

Once you input the key and url and connect your Active Campaign to your scorecard, additional settings will be available for you.

Settings will have Started Tag , Finished Tag, Opt In List ID, Add All List ID.

Sign Up Fields are automatically mapped with First Name, Last Name, and email address. Additional field can be added (please ensure this is added on your scorecard and custom field is added in your CRM.)

ScoreApp Fields options that can be mapped are the following:

Answer , Opt In, Started At, Tracking (includes Utm Source, Utm Medium, Utm Term, Utm Content), Static Value

Result Field can be tailored to capture the necessary data eg Active Campaign Field, ScoreApp, Field Options, Format (percent, actual score, denominator of 10 --these match the options we show the frontend user. It is recommended we map these in integrations)

If you cannot see your third party website then Zapier connects your apps and acts as a middle man.
