Accessing a Lead’s PDF Report

If your plan includes PDF reports and you have set up and configured your PDF report, then each lead that completes your quiz will have a PDF report generated automatically. As the quiz creator, you can access and download this PDF at any time.

Steps to Access the PDF:

In your dashboard, go to Leads.

Click on the lead’s name or email to open their profile.

In the top-right corner, click the View Result dropdown.

Select View PDF (Default) and use the clipboard icon next to the option to quickly copy the PDF link.

This will give you a URL that you can use to access the PDF on a new browser tab and download or review from there

Important

If you don’t see the View PDF option, double-check that:

• Your current subscription tier supports PDF reports.
• You’ve configured your PDF report in the builder.
