Delivering the PDF Report in the Results Email

Once you’ve created and published your PDF Report, you can add a download button to your results email so respondents can access their personalized PDF.

Before We Begin

• Create and publish your PDF report: Instructions here.
• Configure your results email: Instructions here.

Add the PDF Report to the Results Email

Once the two steps above are complete, follow these steps to include the PDF download button in the email:

Go to your Scorecard and click Build > Settings > Results Email.

• In the email editor, place your cursor where you’d like the PDF download button to appear.
• Click the dynamic content icon (shown below)

• Select Links > PDF report button from the dropdown menu.
• This will insert a clickable button into your email that allows recipients to download their personalized PDF report.

That’s it!

Once someone completes your Scorecard and receives their results email, they’ll be able to download their PDF directly from the button you added.
